Scope of Works:
Replace 6 x Trusses and 2 x Bearers (70mm x 240mm x 6000mm)
● Dismantle Tiled roof, metal facia and gutters (retain tiles to re-instate)
● Remove Gyproc internal ceiling (and street-facing cement board facia if necessary)
● Remove and replace 6 x trusses, bracing and 2 x bearers (H2F blue)
● Install new joists to form valleys, tie in to front entrance pitch.
● 2 x Valley flashing, sarking and gutter aprons.
● Re-instate cement tiled roof
● Replace Lead skirts, Cap & Re-point
● Re-instate Gutters (new?) and metal gutter-guard (including valleys)
● Install ceiling joists to chords andinstall new gyproc ceiling.
● Paint exterior woodwork (white)
Nominal span is 5500mm (double car garage width)
