to rectify and fix defective stumps and restump whole house again due to previous restumper defective work carried out in 2012. Need home to be lifted and stumps to be fixed within description from VBA, and BAB, so we need someone to do whole house in restumping correctly and rectify old stumps, this is a very urgent matter and costs will be funded by previous restumper as advised by VCAT, need help to see what our options are demolish or restump home.
