Weatherboard 4 bedroom home needs re-leveling and sub-floor fixes

House was re-stumped on concrete a long time ago, but quite a bit of movement seems to have occurred. Re-leveling also required. May need under-pinning or extra stumps, not sure.
House is on mild slope. Excavation of uphill side (back) of house has revealed drainage problem and rotting bearers resting on the ground. Sub-floor of laundry and bedroom at back of house needs fixing.
The floors are out of level in most of the house by a several centimeters.
After recent storms, one side of house has noticeably sunk.
