We have a 1930s double brick bungalow in Melrose Park NSW (near West Ryde). One corner of our house seems to radiate cracks and the floor is sloping in that corner. Recently a piece of plaster fell off the wall and our front door latches no longer line up.
I think the corner needs underpinning.
