1950s double brick home in Sunshine. Looking to resolve significant cracking in walls throughout small 3br home. Recently purchased property. Floors need to be redone, and painting/cleaning up the walls needed so accessing the subfloor internally is not an issue. The final contract has not been completed (subject to building). I am after a "worst case" estimate of the costs to underpin and restump.
