interested in quote for potential reinforcement of subfloor at a hardi-plank two bedroom single level unit on timber stump footings. about twelve years old. was confirmed as structurally sound and level at building inspection, but floor has quite a bit of bounce and are interested in seeing what (if anything) we can do to reinforce it and make it a bit more solid. subfloor access is possible, but on the narrow/small side according to our inspector.
