Hi All,
In two corners of the my house, the floor is swaying when been pressed. Its bit uneven due to some slope. At one corner, it is moving up and down by couple of cms if I put some pressure by foot. Other corner floor has fallen by 1-2 cms and I can see a gap in floor and skirting. I am not sure of the key issues but seems like there might be issues with Joists as my floor is solid timber floor.
I am looking for an expert advice and quote to fix this whole issue especially if it's subfloor related issues. I am looking to get this job done in a months time but looking to understand from experts the urgency of the issues so that I can plan when to get it done
