Part of renovations to single fronted victorian terrace house. Other works include:
1) re-floor dwelling w/hardwood floor, inc sanding, polishing & replacement of skirting boards;
2) replace front door and frame;
3) replace approx 300 linear metres (lm) square edged weatherboards to both east and west sides of the house;
4.1) replace aluminium window w/timber double-hung sash window w/fixed pattern glass side-lights;
4.2) fit architraves and bullnose windowsill to suit, and leave ready for painting;
5.1) demolish existing front fence, then excavate for new posts, construct new picket fence to match existing to 1500mm;
5.2) demolish and reconstruct 2500mm high fence and steel framed gate to side path with matching pickets. leave all work ready for painting;
5.3) replace existing timber fence at rear w/new timber fence to match existing;
6.1) provide 2 steel-frame gates cladded w/pickets to both sides, and install latches to both gates;
7) update current bathroom with modern fixtures and fittings including retiling.
