Approx 8.5 x 7 mtr area requires restumping or repair. Some stumps good condition but approx 100mm below bearer. Small crawl space, larger area toward middle of house. Cement verandah to front of house, internal floor slopes slightly towards front verandah. No sticking doors or large cracks, but slight movement in timber floor. Bedrooms have steel beams under but require checking as well.
Internal flooring can be lifted if necessary with new sheet flooring replaced.
