The driveway side wall has sunken causing a crack to the interior wall and movement of the window frame. also the external wall which houses the side gate has moved away from the main wall of the house and the gate is no longer able to be locked.
need the house raised and the stumps to be fixed using spacers. will also need to replace the wall with the gate (maybe put in a free-standing fence with a gate)
