I have a weatherboard house in East Bentleigh that has gaps between the roof and corniceand cracking tiles on the floor. This is occurring on one corner.
I need some advice and quotes on fixing this. The house is rented out and a routine inspection is due approximately 18th March and i will have access to the property for quoting. I would like to start work asap depending on the extent of work needed, tenants access etc.
This to be discussed.
