I would like a written quote for restumping and lifting the front end of a two bedroom miners cottage - 38 Stafford Street, Footscray. There is no access to under the house (it may actually be almost level with the ground) and the property will be tenanted until 11 January. The back end of the house is on contrete slab. I would like the quote to specify cost dependant on different scenarios (i.e. if some of the stumps are rotten and need replcing). In order for you to have access to under the house, the flooring will need to be removed, which I will do myself prior to you commencing work. The job will need to be done in the first week of February. Thanks.
