we are in the process of buying a house. the building inspection conducted has said that “the subfloor is out by approximately 120mm in an East-West direction over approximately 14 metre” we require the house to be re levelled or possibly restumped - there are 70 concrete stumps and probably half will need to be raised. we have a 60 day settlement and this will probably need to be done after then.
