I'm currently purchasing a property in Footscray West. I wont have access to the property until the end of January as it is currently tenanted.
Can you please provide me with a high level quote for the total restumping and leveling of this home.

The house is approximately 117 square meters.
My process of renovation is to remove all the internal floorboards so you can see the stumps and subfloor. I'll be putting in a new floor after.
