Early 1900's double brick house with timber stumping under floorboards. Floor is bouncy in some areas, sloping and raised in various areas. Building inspector advises some rising damp.
Would like to remove rotting timber stumps and re stump 3 bedrooms, entrance area and a lounge with concrete stumps so floors boards can be re laid level. Will also require a solution for the rising damp under one part of the house.
