Looking at quote to restump / relevel 2 bedroom brick veneer house in Prahran. It was built in approx 1900. Concrete slab in front 2 rooms and hallway, back living room study and kitchen timber floors/stumps. Back floors bouncy and sloping. Some cracks in bricks and slightly uneven door frames. Building inspector suggested restumping. We are looking for expert advice and quotes. TBC by 1/2013. Thanks.
