Brick and chamfer-board house requires some concrete stumps removed and a steel beam put in place. The house is about 2 - 2.5 metres off the ground, with the front half and one complete side bricked in, and the rest semi-open.
The block is gently sloped and one corner under the house has not been concreted and only has 1 - 1.5 metres clearance.
