Replace 3 hardwood stumps in a 1930's brick house in Canterbury. The existing hardwood stumps are supporting the floor of some of the larger rooms and have decayed to the point they are not structurally sound. Floor clearance under the house is approximately 1m (varying slightly). Access is average, with a few access points at the rear of the house, but as it is a brick house, the internal walls go all the way through the floor into the ground. This makes accessing the stumps in question a bit of a challenge, but I have managed to get around in there so it is not too bad.
