Need to re-level and re-stump with 'Hot dip galvanised' steel columns a 1923 vintage 9 foot (on one side) wooden stumped (mostly acrow props now) fibro clad house in the Petrie Terrace and Spring Hill heritage zone part of Spring Hill with excavation needed as well. I will be seeking 3 to 5 quotes. A1 Restumping and Marvel Constructions have already agreed to look.
