I have an old timber shed that needs re-blocking. we have subdivided and the shed is made up of an area about 3mx3m on one side of the property and then a small wood shed and the back half of an old garage on the other side (about 5mx3m). the roof (tin) will need to be proped and new stumps put in to create a new subfloor on. one section is replacing old stumps the other is creation of new stumps.
