The house is a 2BR Federation style weatherboard. The existing stumps are concrete stumps (not sure of depth) with limited ground clearance so access will be gained after existing floorboards are removed. Stumps, bearers and joists appear to be in sound condition. House slopes away (by up to 80mm) from the centre on both sides. Would like the job to start a few days after 16th Jan when contractors have finished removing existing floor.
