A porch 5.6M x 1.8M is sagging to one side by around 50-80mm. The porch is one stumps and perhaps the earth has moved and given way or the timber stumps are rotten causing the sag and the timber post holding the veranda has come lose as they are sitting on the sagged porch.
We need the porch reinstated to it original level by underpinning and reinforced so that it doesn't sag again. See attached porch photos.
