My house is approximately 80 m2 on concrete stumps between approx 1m and 1.8m above the ground.
I want it raised to to allow for minimum clearance of 2.4 so i can build under at a later date. The house will also need to be re-leveled as the front has dropped a little.
Not all of the stumps will be replaced so i can build usable rooms. The largest free span without a stump is expected to be approx 4m.
