It seems the stumps surrounding the chimney in our timber home have given way, resulting in significant movement. Both with a sloping floor, 'bouncy' boards and cracking of the plaster - plus doors not being closed properly. Unfortunately there is not alot of room to get under the floor (less than 400mm).
