Our front bedroom appears to be an extension from many years ago, that may not have been stumped correctly and is starting to pull away from the house. I would like your opinion on the structure of the room and what potentially needs to be done, before I cosmetically fix it up.
Laundry flooring appears to be water damaged and would again value your opinion, before I spend time fixing it up.
