I have a 3 bedroom Post War home which has been partially restumped with steel posts (looks DIY) needs restumping and retaining walls added as there is some run-off / drainaige concerns in heavy rain. Height under approx 2200mm in parts with limited access down side of house (small lot). I am NOT looking to raise the house. House is on gentle slop. There is a slab already poured underneath however this also looks incomplete. I can see at least 4 concrete stumps that need replacing however it looks like the whole house needs to be relevelled.
