I realised there is a 1 cm gap between the floor board and the skirt, it only happen in the front bedroom. i am not too sure whether needs reblocking or restump in the front of the house. would like to have a geniune builder to help me to look at it and help me to fix the problem. i looks at the wall and at this stage no cracking on the wall, however at the bottom of the wall shown a small crack. i am not too sure how much going to cost but would like a quote for this job to be fix
