I have a cork floor and it squeaks when you walk on it and feels saggy between the stumps and i want it investigated and fixed before i renovate my bathroom. i don't know exactly what sort of tradesman is required - a builder, a restumper, underpinning??? i don't know? the house is about 20 years old.
