Levelling back room in house in Marrickville

The house is a 100 year brick house with a back room that was formerly a back porch. The floor in this room needs levelling. One wall is brick, the other two are weatherboard. Currently there are brick posts with deteriorated wood between the brick and the floor. I am not sure if we need restumping or repacking.
