There are a couple of cracks in adjacent walls and one in the ceiling. The area is beneath the centre of the house. An engineer's assessment after going under the house is that a couple of stumps have sunk and once replaced and relevelled, a few more may need to be packed. The carpet will have to be lifted and floorboards removed to access the area
At present I need to obtain estimates of this and the associated preparation, repair and cleanup costs
