Have recently purchased a place in Ormond, which is on wooden stumps. There is some noticeable bounce and unevenness in some rooms in the front of the house, and I would like to understand whether it relates to the stumps, and whether there is an urgent need for remedial action.
I am not necessarily planning on doing anything with the stumps for the moment, but rather want an indication as to whether there is an issue/how much of an issue, so just want the subfloor inspected to get an idea (and if there is an urgent issue, to understand the cost).
