Old house needs restumping at Port Welshpool. The house had two sections, a front and a built in back porch. We will remove the porch and want the house restumped and raised approximately 20-30 cm ready for proper extensions to be built on the back. There will be no need for channelling etc as there is clearance under the house especially when it is raised. We have a draftsperson who is completing the plans and have had quotes but the were for the whole building. SOuld be ready to go well before Christmas
