i need approx 90 (new) restumping and possible capping of existing poles.
there is little room where the new poles are to be placed. owner happy to assist with any pre work re: digging to reduce cost.
soil type i presume to be a clay substance. owner needs to include 2 main bearers at front of house, therefore new poles will / may need to be installed (out of the 90 approx).
