I have recently had an inspection carried out at our house in coolaroo by archi centre. the inspection was looking specifically at cracking in our house, the house is made of concrete . the inspection revealed that the cracking was due to the drought and the stumps having dropped. the recommendation was for the tloor and walls to be levelled and the stumps packed.
