Approx. 120 stumps to replace includes perimeter and 3/4 of the underside of the house. house is 400mm above ground level to underside of bearers. Existing stumps are mild steel 75*75 rhs concreted in. Propose they to be cut off at ground level then install new 75*75 supagal stumps dynabolt down to existing concrete and coach bolt to the underside of the existing bearers.
