Hi,
We have just purchased a new house and take possession on 15th August 2014. We have noticed the floor in some places uneven. We would like someone to come and assess the floor and give a quote to fix (restump or not). We are doing some renovation work from the 15th including taking up the existing carpet, removing the exterior brick work to expose the weather boards etc.
We will need someone to manage all the permits required (if needed).
