We have a highset colonial that requires restumping. the lower level is mostly legal height but some excavation and retaining walls will be required to enable us to build under at a later date. some steel beams are required to span stumps that won't be replaced. we also require a slab to be laid, with an adjoining carport. we would prefer somebody who can excavate, retain and restump without subcontracting. we have sketch plans and engineering drawings. we would like quotations for the required work before we submit plans for da.
