Fix drooping and squeaky floor in 2 room

The first room (bedroom) is where the floor is sloping down to one corner of the room, and the floor is "bouncy" in the corner. The second room (bathroom) the floor squeaks, but there is no visible movement (yet).
I am looking for an investigation of the cause of the problem and a price to fix.
Please note the access hatch, while adjacent to the two rooms, is only 30cm by 50cm so you will need to be small or have a video to inspect.
