floor stumps ( concrete) in Front (vic house)room have subsided by approx 40-50mm. Joists and bearers seem to be excellent condition.
Bearers are only 100mm above very sandy soil. House has been restumped some time, less than 10 years ago.
Am happy to pull up entire floor and do the hard work. Suggest levelling only and adding new concrete pads or premix? floor seems to fall away from Fireplace to front and side external wall.
Will consider new yellowtongue flooring&or installation of engineered hardwood flooring ie Boral or Big riversTimber.
