I need my house checked for possible underpinning needed. Federation house with external crack to side wall which is very slowly returining/widening. Follows the brick mortar work but fairly vertical. Would prefer quote before 2010 for work to start 2010 if necessary. Good access under house at this point and for 95% of the house.
