1911 Victorian weatherboard single story in Pakenham Upper, restumped w/ cement stumps aprox 10 years ago. Bathroom is at rear left of house and a more recent addition. The floor has a drop between the front of bathroom and rear of bathroom of maybe 10mm I'd guess. Needs to be made level again so we can renovate and tile the bathroom.
