Hello,
I have purchased an old 3 Bed Room Brick Veneer House. Total land size is 280 sq. meter. Building inspection found following flaw -
"Most stumps have been badly packed to the bearer and some stumps have been broken, recommend professional review of sub floor and may need restumping."
Due to poor quality stumps, the floor of house is uneven and needs leveling.
The settlement date for contract is 13-Mar. I am seeking price quotes at this stage, and need to get it fixed immediately after settlement.
