3 Bed brick laminate house needs a stump replacing

I have a brick veneer house with excellent underfloor access, its approx 1 metre high.
I have a small crack on one of my internal walls and I believe the floor at this point has sunk slightly.
The stumps are timber and don't look rotten. I think the problem is fromdry soil under the house.
