Widening of a doorway (brick surround) removal of a wooden shelf & cupboard (commercial kitchen) if possible, if job can be done on weekend to minimize the disruption to the kitchen.
Building has a historical significance, eg old church hall, internal walls are brick, but does not meet the requirements of a commercial kitchen. If possible, the door surround needs to be replicated so that it maintains its historical status.
