We require the bath removed (easily done I am willing to help) then the floor fixed up and the tiles put back with a drainhole in the floor so that any water will be drained away (into the Garden if possible) and the tiles where the edge of the bath sits butted up to the bath with a lip somehow SO THAT THE WOODEN FLOOR DOES NOT GET WET!
