• Opening (approx. 2000 x 500 mm) to be cut in external bluestone wall
• Opening (approx. 2000 x 700 mm) to be cut in internal bluestone wall
• Cutting out of approx. 3 m of internal bluestone footing stones (currently extruding into concrete floor areas)
• Approx 14m of steel fence, gate and associated concrete footings
• All associated drawings and building permits (Council planning permits and body corporate approval has been approved in writing)
• Install external extraction for kitchen canopy – this statement of work has not been included in the above planning permits
• We will require a fixed price contract in writing
