Unit renovation - kitchen and bathroom remove existing install new 24sqm

Ground floor unit. there are 3 units in the complex. unit renovation to the kitchen and bathroom. the work will include:
- removal of existing upright stove, cabinets (kitchen and bathroom), bath, toilet
- removal of floor tiles in kitchen, hallway and toilet (approximately 24 sq m), removal of wall tiles in kitchen and bathroom
- installation of cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, cooktop, oven, toilet, spa bath
- replacement of all wall and floor tiles
i have a preferred cabinet maker for replacing cabinets and have identified all required tapware, tiles, sinks, oven, spa bath etc
i will require someone to coordinate a tiler, plumber (removal of upright stove and replacement of gas cooktop and oven, replacement of toilet and bath), tiler (removal and replacement of tiles), electrician (installation of rangehood and spa bath) and any associated carpentry to install the spa bath (surrounds and a step to the spa bath) etc.
i am not changing the location of any water or gas to the unit, it is just an update to existing.
