Total kitchen makeover. Want to open kitchen sothwards onto dining and also northwards onto outdoor deck. Involves knocking down kitchen/dining wall (strctural wall, so beam needed), removing laundry wall and reducing laundry size (combining with toilet, new wall). Blocking in some existing windows and installing new sliding door to deck. Supply and install new cabnets, benches, plumbing and electrics. Kitchen crrently is approx 4 x 5m. Access underneath kitchen OK, weatherboard 1960's house. Access to gas (from lounge heater) approx 10m away.
- Would prefer one contractor to coordinate whole job. Budget approx $20,000 ? Will be guided by those more experienced. Not in any particlar hurry, but this is a genuine request, we are ready to start when we find the right contractor.
