I ahve a small bathroom which needs a total renovation including demolition of existing floor and wall tiles, hung basin, shower screen and all tap fittings, skirting, towel rails. May keep existing bath, but seek advice. Plumbing and electrical works as required. All wall and floor tiling, waterproofing of shower recess. Client to paint where necessary. Install new vanity basin and overhead mirror. Removal of all rubbish. More detail upon provider's inspection of renovation. Thank you.
