Looking to renovate small apartment bathroom:
- build in European laundry and plumbing for washing machine (have previously been told that this can be done utilising existing plumbing by channeling under tiles)
- strip existing fittings and tiling
- replace bath with walk in frameless shower
- replace exisitng fittings but use existing plumbing
- re-tiling
- tidying up finish of the room - e.g. taking away and replastering where existing medicine cabinet is, tidying up messy plastering around window
- replace existing door with sliding door to utilise space better
- new extractor fan
